But I also think it's vitally important for churches then to find a leader who would be empowered as kind of the evangelistic point person in a church who then will see to it that everyone in the church is getting exposure to good training.

I didn't share the first quote because I don't agree with it. I don't know anything about Mark Mittelberg, but I was able to find a quote by him that I could pluck out of context and have it suit my needs.

I get Rolling Stone and read that article that's on the cover. Also, what's not to love about Pope Francis? I mean I really do love him and the way he communicates. He is certainly a terrific leader. My whole family loves him.
